Shipping Info: Merch will be shipped as "Regular Parcel" by Canada Post within 2 days of purchase. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on location and COVID-19 restrictions. Tracking numbers will be supplied whenever possible.
Return Policy: If you are not happy with your ordered item, you can return it within 14 days after you received it. Shipping costs for returned items have to be paid in full by the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the costs for the item, but not for the initial shipping to the address you provided.

If merch is damaged during shipping, we will replace it or refund your payment, depending on if the item is still in stock. If a cassette box is damaged, we can either refund the (rather minimal) costs of these or send a replacement.

When a shipped item is missing, we will initiate a search request via Canada Post, as all items are sent with tracking. Should it be lost, we will send you a replacement item or refund your payment, depending on if the item is still in stock.
